As a service host in the area of Local Service, Regional Service, you will have the opportunity to work with various tasks. Our area is responsible for service functions within cleaning, meals, and logistics.

We primarily provide service at the region's three hospitals in Örebro, Karlskoga, and Lindesberg, but also at health centers, Public Dental Service, and Regional Development.

Our service functions help free up time for healthcare to focus on patient work.

Service Hosts for Local Service, Logistics Unit, Lindesberg

As we will change the production and delivery of patient meals at Lindesberg Hospital, we are now looking for five service hosts for Lindesberg Hospital within the processes of meals and cleaning.

The position means that you will work in a combined role as both a meal host and a cleaner.

In the role of service host, your tasks will include handling and preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the care department. The work also involves handling materials and textiles, unpacking, and replenishing the various storerooms.

In the role of cleaner, your tasks will include daily cleaning in the care department. You will work in a team and independently. The work also includes service assignments such as performing final cleaning and deep cleaning.

The work is physical and requires you to follow routines and maintain accuracy from a health perspective.

The work takes place in a hospital environment, and in your daily work, you will also come into contact with the patients present in the premises.

Since we operate Monday to Sunday, both day and evening shifts, the position includes weekend work and evening shifts.

It is not always easy to be new on the job, and therefore we do our utmost to ensure you feel safe, motivated, and prepared by providing you with thorough training tailored to your needs and experiences before you start with us.

This internal training also aims to ensure patient safety in a good way.

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Master the Swedish language well in speech, reading comprehension, and writing.
